----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This year I am thankful for gifts from friends and family that have helped meet our needs, especially the computer that Kevin's carpool friend gave us.
I'm thankful that the propane isn't disappearing from the tank as fast this year as it did last year.
I'm grateful for all the wonderful and encouraging people I've met on-line recently who have been such an encouragement to me.
I'm thankful we have healthcare. If I didn't have the doctors I have taking care of me, and the medications they give me I don't know how I could do anything.
I'm grateful that the neighborhood seems much safer, it seems like the neighborhood watch is really working.
I'm thankful that Kevin was able to find a second job that doesn't require too many hours, but that gives us great benefits (He's working part time at the craft store during the holidays processing Santa pictures. I get a great discount! Perfect for my pledge of giving handmade gifts this year!)
I'm grateful that while we don't have much, in some ways we still have much. I'm glad I'm able to loan my truck to my dear friend so her kids don't miss out on their classes, and I'm grateful that even though it's getting tricky I am still able to make wonderful meals at home.
I'm grateful to be a housewife. Considering my RA and the low days I have because of it, I'm blessed to be able to be at home, take my time, and do things at the pace my body calls for.
I'm thankful for my husband, who puts up with all my craziness, who is loving and kind, and who is my best friend. 7 and a half years of marriage later and I can't imagine my life without him.
I'm thankful for our church. It may be small, but it is full of loving and understanding friends who are like family! We are grateful to be able to fellowship and dine with wonderful people every week.
I'm thankful that my dear cousin Tracy who seems to be doing well with going back to school. I know that while it's been a struggle at times that she is studying the things she needs and wants to in order to make her dreams of caring for animals come true. She has a wonderful heart for animals, and I'm grateful that while our cat Tony was in his finally moments that she helped him feel more comfortable as much as she could. We're also grateful that during the summer while there was such a need for homeless cats to have homes that we were able to save and bring in Siggy who, while he doesn't replaced Tony, has been a joy to bring into our home.
I'm thankful for the future, it is a gift from God, and I am joyfully anxious to know what God has in store for us and our future. I'm grateful for how far the Lord has taken Kevin and I. He has a wonderful (or I guess I should now say 2) job(s) that he loves and we have a great home that continues to more and more be our place of peace.
I hope everyone has many wonderful things to be thankful and grateful for this Thanksgiving.
Love and blessings,
Crystal

It was such a blessing to read all of the things you are thankful for. Some people just mummble and complain about so much and they never see that they are really blessed in so many ways. Some mornings when I drive to work, I just thank God that I have a reliable car. I know there are so many people that do not. There is so much to be thankful for!
I hope you and Kevin have a wonderful Thanksgiving.
Great list--have a wonderful weekend.!!
