A Perplexing Journey

I blog about; life with my loving husband, & our cats Siggy, and Maddie. Stuff in the news, my crafts, memes, photo posts & various other things that catch my fancy. I really like working at home, my husband appreciates my roll as housewife, and I find it my most rewarding job yet. We still hope to have children, though we still don't have any yet.

4 inches of snow

I'm still battling a cold so I'm not going outside and taking pictures this time, even though I really want to... ;-(
We've got 4 inches of snow over yesterday and last night. Yesterday started with freezing rain so I'm hearing all the neighbors slip around on the road outside. I'm just glad Kevin is using the truck again. We're supposed to have another 4 inches or so tonight too. They say a total of 8.5 inches accumulation between now and Tuesday night, but I doubt that. The sun in the middle of the day has done a lot of melting, though I am pleased this is the most snow we've got this year. Maybe in a few days I'll have even more wonderful snow photos.
We just got the propane tank refilled so we have plenty of gas to stay warm, as well as the space heaters, all our cozy blankets and clothes... We'll just stay cozy and enjoy it through the window.
One of my favorite things about when it snows is seeing how the snow covers the skylight. Here is a photo from my camera phone.
