A Perplexing Journey

I blog about; life with my loving husband, & our cats Siggy, and Maddie. Stuff in the news, my crafts, memes, photo posts & various other things that catch my fancy. I really like working at home, my husband appreciates my roll as housewife, and I find it my most rewarding job yet. We still hope to have children, though we still don't have any yet.

Sock animals - my new craft addiction!

Kelli from There Is No Place Like Home, hosts a weekly Friday Show & Tell. Stop by for some fun shares by other bloggers around the world !!!

Stupid Sock Creatures Book & Kit (Hardcover)

I'd really love to thumb through this book, but I'm finding the more I play, the more I can create these critters pretty intuitively. Still, the kit would be fun to play with.

Since I'm up because of my little earthquake, I figured I might as well post a few pics I took last night of my sock critters. Sorry about the quality, I took them with my phone. I'm giving away the pink dress (swap), so that's why Ms. Crazy Stitch has a green dress in the last one.

Meet Bunny Snow (Like Tony Snow? Yes, I watch the news too much!) And Ms. Stitch has a boyfriend now, who Kevin named George.

I think as I refine the sock bunny I'll start making those for my shop first since Easter is in a few months.

Oh no! Another awesome craft idea. I don't think I can stand it. These are just so fun. Never mind, I'm hooking...er uh, looping. Yeah.
Seriously, I think this is my first visit. Nice site. Thank you.
